Felicitas Foundation History:

Dear Reader,
My name is Margaret the founder of Felicitas Foundation Project.I created this foundation in honor of my late mother Ms Felicitas Yoyeta Nnalongo who died in September 1992. She was a mother of 10, Tom, Babirye, Nakato Kizza, Jesica, Emanuel, Joseph, Edward, Anne and Richard. She spent her short life caring for others and working towards her children’s future although she never lived to see their success. Therefore, I established Felicitas Foundation (FELFO) on the simple belief that every woman deserves a chance to succeed, must be given an opportunity to reach her potential. From my personal experience, I believe that women become productive when given the means and time to work for a better future.
My late mother Felicitas, used to help others with the little she had, during her short lived life. First with her immediate family and later on in life she extended that spirit of giving to her friends and neighbors and those values were instilled in me at a young age. In order to work for a better life for women, the youth and the Elderly in the developing world, Felicitas Foundation main aim is to support care-givers especially for the elderly, women and the youth who find themselves in complex situations. Felfo does this by providing a platform, try to train and guide them to improve the lives of people in Africa, Asia and Latin-America.
I hope the Foundation can make a difference and through our partners & your donations,my mother’s legacy can inspire others other individuals to address inequalities and improve the vunerable population's lives.
We all must learn to lift each up in whichever way we can.
Thank you for your support

Sincerely,
Meg.
